Study on Foreign Policy Frameworks and System Management Experiences of Carbon Emission Reduction from Ship
This paper analyzes the policy framework, technological innovation, green energy application, international cooperation and green port construction in the European Union, the United States, Norway and Japan on ship carbon emission reduction. The study found that foreign countries have made significant progress in regulatory requirements, technological innovation and international cooperation, and the application of clean energy such as electric ship technology and hydrogen fuel cell technology has gradually become a trend. However, countries still face common challenges such as technology costs, energy infrastructure construction, and harmonization of international standards. Finally, the study puts forward inspiration and suggestions in the field of ship carbon emission reduction in China, emphasizing the importance of policy improvement, technological innovation, international cooperation and port environmental protection facilities construction, so as to promote the green, low-carbon and sustainable development of China's shipping industry.
