开展内河船舶碳排放监测可以为船舶碳减排政策的制定提供数据支撑,有助于国家"双碳"目标的推进。本文总结了国内外船舶碳排放监测技术的应用现状,包括排放因子监测法、台架试验法、现场人工监测法、在线监测法和远程监测法。分析了各监测技术的特点、优势及不足,探究了各监测技术在我国内河航运的适用性,最后提出了相关建议。
Research on Carbon Emission Monitoring Technology of Inland Vessels
The development of carbon emission monitoring of inland vessels can provide data support for the formulation of carbon emission reduction policies for ships, and contribute to the promotion of the national "dual carbon" goal. In this paper, the application status of ship carbon emission monitoring technology at home and abroad have been summarized, including emission factors, bench test, field monitoring, on-line monitoring, and remote monitoring. The characteristics, advantages and shortcomings of each monitoring technology have been analyzed, and the applicability of each monitoring technology in inland vessels has been explored. Finally, relevant suggestions are put forward.
