Construction of Traffic System in Jinan Central Business District under the Concept of Green and Low Carbon
Jinan Central Business District is an iconic area that will focus on displaying the achievements of Jinan's reform and development in the future and representing the image of the capital of the eastern coastal economic province. It will converge high-end business formats and high popularity, and become a headquarters base for innovation, entrepreneurship and creativity. In order to realize the orderly operation of low-carbon traffic in the district, according to the development goal of "internal and external connection, efficient operation and easy access to low carbon", the business district has built a green low-carbon traffic system from four aspects: road, public transportation, slow travel and parking, and established a traffic model in the business district to predict the operation efficiency of the district road network and analyze and evaluate the operation effect of the green low-carbon traffic system.
