Optimization of Railway Freight Train Service Based on Energy Saving
In order to give better play to the advantages of green railway operation, this article proposes an optimization method of energy-saving oriented railway freight train service. Simulating the energy consumption of trains running on rail freight lines reveals significant differences in energy consumption and start-stop additional energy consumption between different sections and stations. Therefore, energy consumption can be reduced through reasonable train traffic organization. Based on this, combined with the actual transportation situation of the railway, comprehensively considering the operating efficiency of railways, the efficiency of railway transportation, the time interests of cargo owners and the energy-saving requirements of railways, an optimization model for energy-saving operation of railway freight trains is established. Select a railway route as an example to verify the model and compare the results. The results show that the constructed optimization model has better optimization effects compared to other schemes, effectively reducing energy consumption of train operation and improving transportation efficiency.
