本文主要以废旧聚烯烃改性沥青混凝土原材料性能测试、矿质混合料级配设计、沥青混合料最佳沥青用量的确定和废旧聚烯烃改性沥青混合料成型工艺为研究内容,确定沥青混合料最佳沥青用量,并在此基础上进行废旧聚烯烃改性沥青混合料成型工艺设计,以此确定废旧聚烯烃改性沥青混合料最佳拌和时间、拌和温度和击实温度。
Research on Forming Technology of Asphalt Concrete Modified by Waste Polyolefin
This paper is mainly based on the raw material performance test of waste polyolefin modified asphalt concrete, mineral mixture grading design, determination of the optimal asphalt dosage of asphalt mixture and research on the forming process of waste polyolefin modified asphalt mixture. The optimal asphalt dosage of asphalt mixture is determined, based on which the forming process design of waste polyolefin modified asphalt mixture is carried out. The optimum mixing time, mixing temperature and compaction temperature of waste polyolefin modified asphalt mixture were determined.
