Application of Cement -based Composite Blanket in Preventive Maintenance of Bridge Tapered Slopes
The performance of cement-based composite blanket is studied in this paper. Based on the orthogonal test, the effects of thickness, sprinkling water and curing time on the compressive strength of cement-based composite blanket were analyzed. The curing time has the greatest influence on the compressive strength of cement-based composite blanket, followed by the amount of water, and the thickness is the smallest. At the same time, the key parameters of cement-based composite blanket in specific application are determined. Combined with the physical project of Juye to Shanxian section of Deshang expressway, the specific construction and curing process of cement-based composite blanket were explored. The good preventive effect of cement-based composite blanket on bridge cone slope is verified. At the same time, the economy and environmental protection of cement-based composite blanket are analyzed. The results show that cement-based composite blanket has good economic and environmental benefits and can be used on a large scale in the preventive maintenance of bridge cone slope.
