装配式桥梁的绿色设计优化研究

文章通过与传统的桥梁建造技术相比较,结合当前装配化、工业化建设的发展方向,从设计阶段对桥梁全生命周期的成本、高承载力结构构造、高韧性与高经济性等方面进一步论述了钢混组合桥梁的优势,并就当前研究现状从全预制件装配单元、生态环保角度阐述了钢混组合桥梁的工业化建造理念,提出与快速拼装相适应的构造优化措施是桥梁设计建设的绿色低碳发展之路。
Study on Green Design Optimization of Prefabricated Bridges
Compared with the traditional bridge construction technology, combined with the current development direction of assembly and industrial construction, this paper further discusses the advantages of steel-concrete composite Bridges from the aspects of cost, high bearing capacity structure, high toughness and high economy in the whole life cycle of Bridges during the design stage. Based on the current research situation, the industrial construction concept of steel-concrete composite bridge is expounded from the angle of full prefabricated assembly unit and ecological environmental protection. And the structural optimization measures adapted to the rapid assembly are proposed, which is the green and low-carbon development road of bridge design and construction.
