早高强喷射混凝土对Ⅳ级板岩的变形控制研究

本文基于纳米晶胶聚合物喷射混凝土的早高强性能优势,通过室内试验与离散元数值模拟相结合的研究方式,探讨早高强喷射混凝土对Ⅳ级板岩隧道围岩变形控制的优越性。结果表明:在高水平应力和高自重应力条件下,将早高强喷射混凝土用于隧道开挖支护中能够较好、较早地控制围岩变形,支护显著降低了隧道围岩的极限开挖变形,同时对围岩-喷射混凝土支护层的破坏显著减少。
Research on Deformation Control of Ⅳ Grade Slate by Early High-Strength Shotcrete
Based on the early high strength performance advantages of nano-crystalline gel polymer shotcrete,this paper explores the superiority of early high-strength shotcrete in controlling deformation of Class Ⅳslate tunnel surrounding rock through a research approach combining indoor experiments with discrete element numerical simulation.The results show that under the conditions of high horizontal stress and high dead weight stress,the early and high-strength shotcrete used in tunnel excavation support can control the deformation of surrounding rock well and early,and the support significantly reduces the ultimate excavation deformation of surrounding rock,and the damage of-shotcrete supporting layer of surrounding rock is significantly reduced.
