全深式沥青路面柔性低碳再生应用技术研究

本文针对沥青路面维修及养护工程,依托工程项目,以半刚性基层为研究应用对象,通过全深式沥青路面柔性低碳再生技术将原有的半刚性基层转换为柔性基层,改变了整体路面结构的受力特性。同时相比其他的沥青路面再生技术,全深式柔性低碳再生技术实现了对旧路面材料的 100%就地再生利用,避免了旧路面铣刨料与新路面铺筑材料的往来运输,减少了碳排放与能源消耗,具有显著的经济、社会和生态环境效益。
All In-depth Research on Flexible Low-carbon Regeneration Application Technology of Asphalt Pavement
This article focuses on asphalt pavement repair and maintenance projects,relying on the project to use semi-rigid base as the research and application object,and converts the original semi-rigid base into a flexible base through full-depth asphalt pavement flexible low-carbon regeneration application technology,changing the overall stress characteristics of the pavement structure.At the same time,compared with other asphalt pavement regeneration technologies,the full-depth flexible low-carbon regeneration technology realizes 100%on-site recycling of old pavement materials,avoiding the transportation of old pavement milling materials and new pavement paving materials.It reduces carbon emission and energy consumption,and has significant economic,social and ecological environmental benefits.
