鉴于国内鲜有针对长时间运营 SMA 路面公路的技术状况调研资料,本文详细调查了国内最早一批采用 SMA沥青混凝土路面的深圳市滨海大道的运用现状,调查内容包括芯样完整情况、路面弯沉、抗滑性能和路面行驶质量等。调查结果表明:(1)三面层较之双面层设计具有更好的层间连续性和更大的路面厚度,荷载传递路径更加合理均匀,长期抗重交通能力更优;(2)因摊铺时的面层初始级配和孔隙率由上至下增粗、增大,上面层厚度极差均为各面层中最小,而中、下面层受荷产生的不均匀沉降现象突出,但各测点横距与现状路面厚度却无明显关联;(3)除极少数点位存在车辙实测值过大问题,小范围路面存在长期运营道路常见破损状况外,滨海大道SMA沥青路面全路段路面在长期重交通运营条件下,运营质量保持良好,承载能力抗滑,抗车辙性能优异。
Discussion on the Operation Status of the First SMA Asphalt Concrete Road in China
The application status of Shenzhen Binhai Avenue,the first batch of SMA asphalt concrete pavement in China,was investigated in detail,including the integrity of core samples,pavement deflection,anti-sliding performance and pavement driving quality.The survey results indicate that:(1)the three layer design has better interlayer continuity and larger pavement thickness compared to the double layer design,and the load transfer path is more reasonable and uniform,with better long-term heavy traffic resistance.(2)Due to the initial grading and porosity of the surface layer increasing from top to bottom during paving,the thickness range of the upper layer is the smallest among all surface layers,while the uneven settlement phenomenon caused by the load on the middle and lower layers is prominent.However,the transverse distance of each measuring point is not significantly related to the current pavement thickness.(3)Except for a very small number of points where the measured rut values are too large,and a small area of road surface has common damage conditions for long-term operation of roads,the entire section of the SMA asphalt pavement on Binhai Avenue maintains good operational quality under long-term heavy traffic operation conditions,with excellent load-bearing capacity,skid resistance,and rut resistance.
