Research on Evaluation of Expressway Green Construction Based on Matter-element Method
In order to effectively reduce the impact of highway construction on the environment and quickly realize the goal of energy saving and carbon reduction,this paper establishes an evaluation index system of highway green construction from five aspects:intensive and economical utilization of resources,pollution control,ecological protection,quality improvement and innovation and promotion.Fuzzy matter-element model is selected to judge the green construction grade,and entropy weight method is used to determine the weight.A new expressway in Shandong Province is taken as an example to verify the applicability and feasibility of the model,and the evaluation results are compared with that of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results show that the application of the fuzzy mature-element model in the evaluation of expressway green construction is reasonable and feasible,and the evaluation results are more accurate.
