Analysis of Highway Environmental Emergency Risk Control
In order to effectively prevent highway environmental emergencies from causing major environmental impacts and economic losses,this paper takes JiTai Expressway as an example,summarizes the experience and enlightenment gained in the exploration and practice of highway environmental risk management and control emergencies,and proposes to start from the multi-means risk assessment system of"scenario deduction model prediction",comprehensively and systematically clear the possible environmental risks,and then build a risk control system with"early warning,deployment and measures"for each risk,determine the division of personnel rights and responsibilities and material allocation,and finally form a"collaborative,special project"emergency plan system.
