不同掺量硅灰的地聚物注浆材料抗冻性研究

当前高速公路路面发生裂缝病害时,大多采用乳化沥青、热拌沥青混合料等进行表面填缝加以维修。本文通过正交实验确定了水平范围内的地聚物注浆材料最优配合比,并通过冻融试验对比不同硅灰掺量下地聚物注浆材料的抗冻性能。试验结果表明,随着硅灰掺量的增加,地聚物注浆材料质量损失率有所提升,但强度损失率先提升后减低,为保证综合路用性能,建议硅灰掺量不超过 5%。
Study on Freeze-thaw Resistance of Polymer Mortar with Different Proportion Of Silica Fume
At present,the crack diseases of highway pavement are mostly repaired by surface filling with emulsified asphalt,hot mix asphalt mixture,etc.This article determines the optimal mix ratio of geopolymer grouting materials within the horizontal range through orthogonal test,and compares the freeze-thaw resistance performance of geopolymer grouting materials under different silica fume proportion through freeze-thaw resistance tests.The experimental results show that with the increase of silica fumeproportion,the quality loss rate of geopolymer grouting material increases,but the strength loss first increases and then decreases.To ensure comprehensive road performance,it is recommended that the silica fume content should not exceed 5%.
