京沪高速公路作为重要的交通线路,其设计能力与日渐增长的交通需求之间具有一定的差距,因此对其的改扩建工程应运而生。本文以中铁一局京沪高速改扩建JHK-HA4 标段为例,基于 5M1E分析方法,深入分析了改扩建过程中影响交通事故的各类因素,同时对案例中的关键因素进行研究,提出了一系列安全保障措施及应急对策,为全面提升高速公路改扩建作业区的施工安全与环保水平提供借鉴。
Research on the Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of Traffic Accidents in the Operation Area of Highway Renovation and Expansion Based on 5M1E
As an important traffic line,Beijing-Shanghai Expressway has a certain gap between its design ability and the increasing traffic demand,so its reconstruction and expansion project comes into being.Taking JHK-HA4 section of Beijing-Shanghai Expressway reconstruction and expansion of China Railway First Bureau as an example,based on 5M1E analysis method,this paper deeply analyzes various factors affecting traffic accidents during the reconstruction and expansion process,studies the key factors in the case,and puts forward a series of safety guarantee measures and emergency countermeasures.It provides reference for improving the construction safety and environmental protection level of expressway reconstruction and expansion operation area.
