钢桥面铺装中环保型树脂沥青组合体系的应用

钢桥面铺装施工是钢箱梁桥施工的重难点.为探索高效适用的钢桥面铺装施工工艺,本文以某跨江公路大桥为例,提出环保型树脂沥青组合铺装方案,并对环氧黏结碎石层、树脂沥青混凝土层、SMA-13 高黏改性沥青混凝土层施工控制要点进行分析探讨.结果表明,环氧黏结碎石层的设置可有效解决钢桥面板防腐并增强铺装层黏结;树脂沥青混凝土层则能保护环氧黏结胶料免受上层混凝土高温及荷载损伤;SMA-13 高黏改性沥青混凝土层可为桥面提供较好的行车环境.
Application of Environmentally Friendly Resin Asphalt Composite System in Steel Bridge Deck Pavement
The construction of steel deck pavement is a key and difficult point in the construction of steel box girder bridges.In order to explore an efficient and applicable construction technology of steel deck pavement,taking a river crossing highway bridge as an example,an environmentally friendly resin asphalt composite pavement scheme is proposed,and the construction control points of epoxy bonded macadam layer,resin asphalt concrete layer,SMA-13 asphalt concrete layer are analyzed and discussed.The results indicate that the setting of epoxy bonded crushed stone layer can effectively solve the corrosion prevention of steel bridge deck slabs and enhance the bonding of the pavement layer.The resin asphalt concrete layer can protect the epoxy adhesive material from high temperature and load damage of the upper concrete layer.SMA-13 high viscosity modified asphalt concrete layer can provide a better driving environment for the bridge deck.
