Research on the Application of Digital Milling of Concrete Bridge Deck Using Three-dimensional Laser Scanning Technology
This article uses three-dimensional laser scanning technology to lay the foundation for concrete bridge deck milling. It analyzes the digital milling system including RD-M1 scanning system and RD-MC milling system, and adopts three-dimensional laser scanning technology and satellite from the RD-M1 scanning system. The differential positioning system and wheel encoder-assisted positioning technology are respectively explained. The data is received in real time by the Magnet Collage point cloud software of the notebook, and its plane position, relative elevation, initial flatness and other technical indicators can be quickly obtained, and the data can be quickly obtained through the Magnet Construction road design software. The system combines manual adjustments to generate cross-section pre-milling data.It is summarized that the built-in RD-MC milling system acquires pre-milling cross-section data during milling, and combines it with the same-source differential GPS satellite coordinate data to control the automatic lifting and lowering of the milling drum to achieve the purpose of variable milling(milling depth change). Its positioning accuracy is controlled at the millimeter level, which helps to achieve efficient and scientific bridge reinforcement management in complex bridge refinement reinforcement requirements.
