基于文献计量的公路工程低碳施工管理对策研究

为降低公路工程施工碳排放,提高低碳施工的精细化管理水平,本文通过文献调研、工地走访的方式,在分析目前我国公路工程低碳施工的研究现状及低碳施工管理存在问题的基础上,从建立工程项目碳预算、实施低碳招标及控碳奖惩机制、推行低碳施工技术、实行施工碳排放跟踪监管制度、提高施工人员低碳意识等方面提出了公路工程低碳施工的管理对策,以促进我国低碳建设的有序开展。
Research on Low Carbon Construction Management Countermeasures of Highway Engineering based on Literature Measurement
Low-carbon highway construction development is considered to be imperative.In order to reduce the carbon emissions of construction and improve the refined management level,current low-carbon construction research status and the existing problems of construction management have been analyzed in this paper,based on literature research and site visits.Meanwhile,low-carbon construction management countermeasures of highway engineering are proposed,includes establishing project carbon budget,setting up low-carbon bidding and carbon control reward and punishment mechanism,promoting low-carbon construction technologies,implementing construction carbon emission tracking and supervision system,and improving the low carbon awareness of constructors,etc.,which would support and promote the orderly development of highways low-carbon construction in China.
