Identification and Grading Control of Safety Risks for Road Passenger Transport Enterprises
Road transportation has the characteristics of open and dynamic operating environment,high safety production risk,heavy safety management tasks,high requirements,and high difficulty.Analyze safety risk management factors such as personnel,equipment and facilities,and environment,and establish a safety risk classification and control system for road passenger transportation enterprises.Using the Work Condition Hazard Analysis and Evaluation (LEC) method,the risk assessment level of road passenger transportation process is determined one by one based on unsafe factors such as human behavior,unsafe state of objects,and unsafe state of the environment.Corresponding graded control measures are proposed,providing reference for risk identification,risk assessment,risk grading,and risk control for safety production management institutions of road passenger transportation enterprises.
