In order to standardize the testing methods and data analysis of fuel consumption for operating vehicles,and ensure that road transport vehicles meet the technical requirements of Limits and measurement methods of fuel consumption for commercial vehicle for cargos transportation (JT/T 719—2016) or Limits and measurement methods of fuel consumption for commercial vehicle for passenger transportation (JT/T 711—2016),this article provides a theoretical overview and data processing method analysis of the testing methods based on these two standards.It provides a clear testing process for relevant practitioners and provides favorable references for subsequent fuel consumption testing and research and development verification of operating vehicles.
