公路基础设施典型节能降碳技术减碳能力分析及应用

为促进公路基础设施低碳建设,本文总结了"十二五""十三五"期间绿色公路主题示范工程建设情况,梳理了实施绿色公路示范项目采用的节能减排技术、交通运输行业节能低碳技术推广目录相关技术内容及标准情况,并对我国公路工程应用的典型节能减排技术,采用定性与定量相结合的方式进行了节能降碳能力分析,在此基础上提出典型节能减排技术的推广应用建议,为公路基础设施科学选用有效节能减碳技术措施提供支撑。
Analysis and Application Suggestions of Typical Energy Saving and Carbon Reduction Technologies for Highway Infrastructure
In order to promote low-carbon construction of highway infrastructure,this paper summarized the construction effect of green highway demonstration projects and reviewed the content and standards of the energy-saving and low-carbon technologies adopted in the demonstration projects and the industry relevant technical catalogue,then selected the typical technologies to analyze the energy saving and carbon reduction capacity.Based on the results,suggestions for the promotion and application of typical energy-saving and emission reduction technologies are proposed,which would be benefit for the development of the low carbon highway infrastructure.
