本文以广东省某高速公路为依托,通过对路面技术状况、结构强度的调查,结合历年养护情况,分析了路面病害产生的主要原因;研究了旧路面沥青混合料的组成及再生材料的性能,确定了再生剂的添加比例;对比分析了VE改性沥青、普通沥青、PG76沥青各项指标结果,研究了VE改性剂对普通沥青混合料路用性能的提升效果。
Research on the Application of VE Modifier in Ordinary Asphalt Pavement Re-mixing and Geothermal Recycling Engineering
Based on a highway in Guangdong Province,by investigating the technical condition and structural strength of the road surface,combined with the maintenance situation over the years,the main causes of road surface diseases were analyzed.The composition of asphalt mixtures on old road surfaces and the performance of recycled materials,and determined the addition ratio of recycled agents were studied.Comparative analysis of various indicators of VE modified asphalt,ordinary asphalt,and PG76 asphalt was conducted,and the improvement effect of VE modifier on the road performance of ordinary asphalt mixture was studied.
