高韧冷拌树脂SMA混合料及其性能试验评估研究

文章通过对高韧冷拌树脂SMA混合料原材料指标分析,并对混合料强度发展规律、温度稳定性、水稳定性等各种指标进行试验研究,结果表明:高韧冷拌树脂SMA混合料强度达到60kN以上、70℃高温稳定性26002次/mm、残留稳定度91。7%、常温断裂能达到15169。30J/m2,四点弯曲疲劳试验800με大于100万次,各项路用性能优异,能够满足规范要求以及钢桥面铺装的苛刻的使用要求。
High Toughness Cold-mix Resin SMA Mixture and Performance test Evaluation Study
Through the analysis of raw material indicators of high-toughness cold-mix resin SMA mixture,and the experimental research and analysis of various indicators such as strength development law,temperature stability and water stability of the mixture were carried out.The results show that the strength of the SMA mixture of high-toughness cold-mix resin reaches more than 60kN,the high temperature stability at 70℃ is 26002 times/mm,the residual stability is 91.7%,the fracture energy can reach 15169.30J/m2 at room temperature,the four-point bending fatigue test is 800με is greater than 1 million times,and the road performance is excellent,which can meet the requirements of specifications and the harsh use requirements of steel bridge deck paving.
