Study on the Effect of Recycled Dust on the Performance of Alkali Activated Concrete Materials
In order to promote the resource utilization of recovered dust in asphalt mixing station, this paper studied the application of asphalt recovered powder in alkali excited concrete to replace some excited cementing materials such as slag powder and metakaolin. The optimum dosage of recovered powder for alkali-excited concrete was determined with mechanical properties as the index, and the influence of different dosage of alkali activator and the modulus of activator on the performance of alkali-excited concrete was studied. The results show that the micro-aggregate effect of recovered powder has a certain effect on the performance of alkali-excited concrete, and when the content of recovered powder is too high,it will affect the C-S-H,C-A-S-H,and lead to the performance reduction.
