回收粉尘复合胶浆灌注大碎石基层的应用研究

针对目前回收粉尘产量大、利用率低及处理难的问题,本文采用室内试验和现场试验路段的修筑,研究了回收粉尘技术指标、回收粉尘复合胶浆配方及其灌注大碎石基层应用的路用性能.结果表明,回收粉尘粒径主要集中分布在0.049~0.075mm,具有黏土特征及形貌;回收粉尘复合胶浆工作性和力学性能随回收粉尘掺量的增加而降低;回收粉尘掺量为40%时,其复合胶浆可在大碎石基层中完全渗透不流淌,回收粉尘复合胶浆灌注大碎石试件无侧限抗压强度为3.1MPa,且该种新材料与水泥稳定碎石材料相比工程造价可降低10%.
Research on the Application of Recycled Powder Composite Mortar in Filling Crushed Stone Base
Aiming at the problems of large yield,low utilization rate and difficult treatment of recovered powder,the technical index of recovered powder,the working condition of recovered powder composite mortar and the road performance of injected large gravel base were studied by using indoor test and field test road section construction.The results show that the particle size of recovered powder is mainly distributed in the range of 0.049~0.075mm,which has the characteristics and morphology of clay.The work-ability and mechanical properties of recycled powder composite mortar decrease with the increase of recycled powder content.When the recovered powder content is 40%,the composite mortar can completely permeate in the large gravel base without flowing,and the unconfined compressive strength of the reclaimed powder composite mortar injected with large gravel specimen is 3.1MPa,and the project cost of this new material can be reduced by 10% compared with the cement stabilized gravel material.
