组合梁桥栓钉抗剪连接件的性能对比分析

本文利用ABAQUS有限元仿真软件对两种不同的抗剪连接件进行仿真模拟分析,并将结果进行了对比。研究证明,传统式焊接抗剪连接件模型与装配式抗剪连接件模型变形基本一致,均为弯曲变形;由于焊接的栓钉相较于装配式连接的栓钉,其连接处的刚度及脆性较大,故焊接的栓钉的变形及受力相对较大;从荷载-位移曲线可知,两种构件的曲线走势相似,在加载前中期变化基本一致,在加载后期装配式栓钉连接件表现出较好的承载能力。
Comparative Analysis of Performance of Shear Joints with Bolt Nails in Composite Beam Bridge
This article uses ABAQUS finite element simulation software to simulate and analyze two different types of shear connectors,and compares the results.Research has shown that the deformation of the traditional welded shear connector model is basically the same as that of the assembled shear connector model,both of which are bending deformations;Due to the increased stiffness and brittleness at the connection point of welded bolts compared to assembled bolts,the deformation and stress of welded bolts are relatively large.From the observation of the load displacement curve,it can be seen that the curve trends of the two types of components are similar,with similar changes in the middle and early stages of loading.In the later stages of loading,prefabricated bolt connectors show good load-bearing capacity.
