高速公路用能自洽系统综合评价方法研究

本文以高速公路用能自洽系统为研究对象,综合考虑能源充裕性、环保性、保障性等指标建立高速公路用能自洽评价指标模型,并提出各指标计算方法,利用层次分析法和模糊综合评价方法对指标模型进行综合评价,构建用能自洽系统综合评价方法.通过算例分析对本文所建立的综合评价方法进行验证.结果表明:A服务区用能自洽系统为低自洽水平,与评价结论一致,证明了本文所建立的高速公路用能自洽系统综合评价方法具有可靠性和实用性.
Research on Comprehensive Evaluation of Highway Self-contained Energy System
This article takes the highway self-contained energy system as the research object,comprehensively considers indicators such as energy abundance,environmental protection,and security,establishes an evaluation index model for the highway self-contained energy system,proposes calculation methods for each indicator,and comprehensively evaluates the index model using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods to construct a comprehensive evaluation method for self-contained energy system. The evaluation system established in this article has been validated through example analysis. The research results indicate that self-contained energy system of Jinxiang Service Area has a low self consistency level,which is consistent with the evaluation conclusion. And the results have proven that the comprehensive evaluation method for the self-contained energy system for expressways established in this article is reliable and practical.
