Discussion on the Leading Role of Scientific and Technological Innovation in Urban Traffic Carbon Governance
Through literature analysis,empirical analysis and statistical analysis,the relationship between scientific and technological innovation and the six major scientific and technological fields related to carbon reduction and emission reduction is studied.
