Research on the Development of Key Regional Transport Connectivity within the Framework of the SCO
In recent years,economic and trade cooperation between China and Central Asian countries has been increasingly strengthened. In this paper,data such as total mileage of roads and railways,total GDP,per capital GDP and population size of the five Central Asian countries released by the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund in the past ten years are used. This paper matches,statistics and analyzes in detail the development status of transportation connectivity between China and the five Central Asian countries,the needs of the five Central Asian countries for China's transportation connectivity,and the countermeasures to promote the transportation connectivity between China and the five Central Asian countries. The research shows that promoting the development of transport connectivity between the five Central Asian countries and China can alleviate the regional closure and spatial differences of the five Central Asian countries in terms of both institutional construction and functional cooperation,and help the sustainable transport development of China and the five Central Asian countries.
