面向公路养护管理领域信息化应用支持养护业务信息共享及科学决策的需求,综合考虑病害模型编码体系构建、路面使用性能衰减、养护费用预算限额、业务快速流转审批及安全保障等因素,通过对基于BIM的病害编码及防治知识库、基于GIS的空间-业务联动及公路养护决策优化等关键技术的应用研究,形成三级管养模式,研发基于Web的公路养护管理系统。经过实践应用,系统实现了公路养护的精细化管理。
Development and Application of Web-based Highway Maintenance Management and Collaborative Information System
To meet the demand of information application in the field of highway maintenance management to support maintenance business information sharing and scientific decision-making,comprehensively consider the construction of disease model coding system,pavement performance attenuation,maintenance cost budget limit,rapid business flow approval and safety guarantee,etc. Through the application research of key technologies such as BIM based disease coding and prevention knowledge base,GIS based space-business linkage and highway maintenance decision optimization,a three-level management model is formed,and a Web-based highway maintenance management system is developed. Through practical application,the system realizes the fine management of highway maintenance.
