Study on Model Correction for Measuring Asphalt Mixture Density Using 3D Ground Penetrating Radar
The objective of this study is to improve the accuracy and applicability of the model using dielectric constant to predict asphalt mixture density. Therefore, this paper uses the rutting plate test platform built in the 3D ground penetrating radar scanning laboratory to analyze the accuracy of five models. During the test,it is found that the height of the specimen has a great influence on the dielectric constant. In order to solve this problem, the experimental research is carried out,and it is found that the test effect is better by constantly trying to use the rutting plate with a height greater than 8cm.
