本文针对沥青路面建设过程中存在较高的CO2排放量,在传统橡胶沥青的基础上通过分析与改良,以特殊工艺制备微纳橡胶为改性剂,提出低碳型高稳定性橡胶复合改性沥青——低碳微纳橡胶沥青,并对低碳微纳橡胶沥青路面应用原理进行阐述,通过数据对比分析了较传统SBS沥青路面的经济节约价值及沥青路面全寿命周期的减碳效益,明晰了微纳橡胶沥青路面施工技术,材料生产工艺合理、高效,施工组织简单、可靠。
Research on the Application of Low-carbon Micro-nainer Asphalt Pavement Construction Technology
This article has high CO2 emissions in the process of asphalt pavement construction. Based on the traditional rubber asphalt,it is based on analysis and improvement. Modified asphalt-low-carbon Mica rubber asphalt,and explains the application principle of low-carbon micro-Na Nauret rubber asphalt pavement,and analyzes the economic conservation value of traditional SBS asphalt pavement and the carbon reduction benefits of the full life cycle of asphalt pavement through data comparison,Clarifying the construction technology of micro-nano rubber asphalt pavement,the material production process is reasonable,efficient,and the construction organization is simple and reliable.
