沥青路面就地热再生加热温度场监测与分析方法研究

本文提出了基于红外热像仪采集路表红外热像图的方法来监测就地热再生过程中不同阶段的加热温度情况,并建立以路表温度代表值、温度高于200℃比例、温度横向变异系数以及温度纵向耗散速率为评价指标的分析方法。同时基于此监测与分析方法对明火加热、红外热辐射以及热风循环三种加热方式的就地热再生加热温度场进行了比较分析。研究结果表明采用本文提出的监测与分析方法可以更全面有效地掌握就地热再生过程中路表加热温度场的情况,从而更好地指导就地热再生的质量控制。
Study on Monitoring and Analysis Method of Heating Temperature Field of Hot In-Place Recycling Asphalt Pavement
In this study,a method based on thermal infrared imager is proposed to monitor the heating temperature at different stages in hot in-place recycling,and an analysis method is established using the indexes of pavement temperature representative value,the proportion of temperature higher than 200℃,the coefficient of temperature variation in the transverse and the temperature dissipation rate along the road. Meanwhile,the heating temperature fields of three heating systems including fire,infrared radiation and hot air cycle are analyzed and compared using this monitoring and analysis method. The research results indicate that the method proposed in this paper can be used to monitor and analyze the heating temperature field in hot in-place recycling process more comprehensively and effectively,which can play a better role in guiding the construction of hot in-place recycling.
