Study on the Effect of Stabilizers on Storage Stability and Drying Film Formation Performance of Emulsified Asphalt
This study adhesion performance of emulsified asphalt. It specifically examines the mechanisms and effects of stabilizers such as hydroxyethyl cellulose and calcium chloride on the performance of emulsified asphalt. The experimental results demonstrate that the appropriate addition of stabilizers significantly enhances the storage stability of emulsified asphalt and improves its film formation during drying. Notably,in terms of storage stability, stabilizers increase the viscosity of the water phase and the electrical potential difference, effectively slowing the settling rate of the asphalt particles and enhancing the overall stability of the emulsified asphalt.
