透水混凝土基层的抗淤堵试验方法设计研究

透水混凝土基层是"海绵城市"建设中道路铺装的重要组成层位,但在使用过程中难免会产生淤堵现象,造成透水功能失效,部分或全部丧失其使用功能。本文在结合有关研究的基础上,制备泥浆模拟透水混凝土基层的淤堵介质,设计了一种抗淤堵性能试验测试过程,通过多次试验循环了解和测试其渗透性能的衰减情况,并通过扫描电镜方式观测其内部孔隙受淤堵后的变化情况,为透水混凝土的进一步应用及使用过程中的养护维修提供相关参考。
Design and Research on the Anti silting Test Method for Permeable Concrete Base
Permeable concrete base is an important component layer of road pavement in the construction of "sponge city",but it is inevitable to produce silting phenomenon in the process of use,resulting in the failure of permeable function and partial or total loss of its use function. On the basis of relevant research,this paper selects saturated slurry to simulate the blocking medium of permeable concrete base,designs a test process of anti-blocking performance,understands and tests the attenuation of its permeability through multiple test cycles,and observes the change of its internal voids after being blocked by scanning electron microscope,providing relevant reference for the further application of permeable concrete and maintenance during use.
