路基加强层填料固化改良性能研究

本文以成都市某城市道路工程为例,对沿线开挖土石填料添加固化剂进行改良,并对改良后的填料进行性能研究。研究表明:采用固化剂改良后的填料,物理力学性质得到了改变,强度和水稳定性大幅提升;改良填筑后的路基压实度和弯沉值检测情况均优于天然填筑。将固化剂改良后的土体直接作为道路加强层填料,其使用性能良好,同时有效减少了弃土量,实现了弃土循环利用,该方法造价低廉,带来了良好的经济效益。
Research on the Solidification and Improvement Performance of Roadbed Reinforcement Layer Filling Materials
Through adding curing agent to the earth-rock filler excavated along the road,this paper takes a city road project in Chengdu as an example,and studies the performance of the improved filler Investigate. The results show that the physical and mechanical properties of the filler improved by curing agent are changed,and the strength and water stability are greatly increased. The compaction degree and deflection value detection of the improved roadbed after filling are better than those of natural filling. The soil improved by the curing agent is directly used as the filler of the road strengthening layer,which has good service performance and effectively reduces the amount of abandoned soil. The recycling of waste soil is realized,the cost is low,and good economic benefits are brought.
