长大桥梁钢桥面系长期性能发展规律复杂,在钢桥面铺装养护领域尚无可依据的养护设计标准或规范。智能化运维已成为桥梁管养模式发展的必然趋势,数字孪生技术是实现钢桥面系数字化、智能化维养的关键技术之一。本文面向长大桥梁钢桥面系维养需求,基于数字孪生概念,从面向对象、面向需求、面向未来三个方面搭建长大桥梁钢桥面铺装数字孪生顶层设计,构建钢桥面系孪生数据库,完成了钢桥面系数字孪生各种应用场景搭建,为研究数字孪生技术在长大桥梁钢桥面铺装养护中的应用奠定了基础。
Research on the Architecture Design of Steel Deck Management and Maintenance System for Long Bridges Based on Digital Twins
The long-term performance development law of long and large bridge deck systems is complex,and there is currently no maintenance design standard or specification to rely on in the field of steel bridge deck pavement maintenance. Intelligent operation and maintenance has become an inevitable trend in the development of bridge management and maintenance models,and digital twin technology is one of the key technologies for achieving digital and intelligent maintenance of steel bridge decks. This article is aimed at the maintenance needs of long and large bridge deck systems. Based on the concept of digital twins,a top-level design of digital twins for long and large bridge deck pavement is constructed from three aspects:object-oriented,demand oriented,and future oriented. A database of steel bridge deck system twins is built,and various application scenarios of steel bridge deck coefficient twin are completed. This lays the foundation for studying the application of digital twin technology in the maintenance of long and large bridge deck pavement.
