固废基胶凝材料在路面基层施工中的应用

为解决河西戈壁腹地由于气候干旱、昼夜温差大、风速大,易引起半刚性基层发生早期开裂,加速沥青路面破坏的问题,本文通过分析固废基胶凝材料的特性生产工艺,提出路面基层结构施工将原水泥胶凝材料替换为固废基胶凝材料,可为交通建设打造绿色生态公路、践行新发展理念、消纳固废材料、减少二氧化碳排放,以及降低半刚性基层收缩开裂创新施工方法,解决了半刚性基层开裂难题,减少了碳排放,促进了工业固废的资源化利用,构建了固废综合利用的绿色产业链.
Application of Solid Waste Based Cementitious Materials in Pavement Base Construction
In order to solve the problem of arid climate,large temperature difference between day and night and high wind speed in the hinterland of Hexi Gobi,which is easy to cause early cracking of semi-rigid base and accelerate the damage of asphalt pavement,this paper proposes to replace the original cement base with solid waste base cement material in the construction of pavement base structure by analyzing the characteristicproduction process of solid waste base cement material.It can innovate construction methods of building green ecological roads for traffic construction,practicing new development concepts,absorbing solid waste materials,reducing carbon dioxide emissions and the shrinkage cracking of semi-rigid base,as well as solve the cracking problem of semi-rigid base,reduce carbon emissions,promote the resource utilization of industrial solid waste,and build a green industrial chain of comprehensive utilization of solid waste.
