Research on the Application and Evaluation of Rubblization for Old Cement Concrete Pavement under Large Temperature Environment
To strengthen the application of pavement resonance crushing technology,reduce highway construction costs,improve the utilization rate of highway solid waste,to rely on a local highway construction project in Ningxia,the resonance crushing technology is used to grind and transform the old cement concrete pavement,summarize the resonance crushing technology process suitable for large temperature difference and complex loading conditions,put forward the construction quality control standards,analysis to determine the particle crushing particle size and gradation,construction of the best resonance frequency of the building,testing and analysis of pavement bending and bearing capacity.The practicability of RPB is analyzed from the technical and economic point of view.The results show that the pavement resonance crushing technology is suitable for the transformation of old concrete in the alpine region of Ningxia,with the advantages of simple technical operation,short construction period,low maintenance cost,and green and environmental protection,which is in line with the concept of highway whole life pavement and green low-carbon environmental protection.
