智能识别技术在机动车尾气I/M制度中的应用研究

I/M制度是监测和治理机动车尾气污染,改善城市大气环境质量的一项重要举措.本文利用人工智能技术在目标识别领域的最新成果,提出构建面向机动车检测站的多维度智能识别系统.通过对检测站监控视频的自动分析,系统能够实现对检测过程的全程监管、量化评估,以及数据共享,从而为I/M制度实施提供有力的技术支撑,保障I/M制度闭环管理落到实处.
Research on Application of Intelligent Identification Technology in I/M System of Motor Vehicle Exhaust
The I/M programs have been an important measure to monitor and control motor vehicle exhaust pollution,and improve the quality of urban air quality.In terms of the latest achievements of artificial intelligence technology in the field of object recognition,this paper proposes to construct a multi-dimensional intelligent recognition system for motor vehicle inspection stations.By automatically analyzing the surveillance videos of the inspection station,the system can realize the real-time and continuous surveillance,quantitative evaluation,and data sharing towards the inspection procedure,which provides strong technical support for the implementation and closed-loop management of the I/M programs.
