为促进新能源汽车维修技术发展,本文结合国内汽车维修发展现状趋势,分析了电动汽车维修技术需求,通过构建电动汽车维修技术需求KANO分析模型,实证分析了 10 项电动汽车维修技术成熟度/推广应用状态与维修企业认可度/满意度之间的关系,并按照必备属性、期望属性、魅力属性和无差别属性进行了优先级划分,最终得出气密性检测技术和传感器维修技术两项电动汽车维修技术具有的需求优先级相对较高,分类型提出推动电动汽车维修新技术发展应用的措施建议,提出了分层级有序推动维修技术进步发展方向性思路.
Empirical Analysis of Electric Vehicle Maintenance Technology Needs Based on the KANO Model
To promote the development of new energy vehicle maintenance technology,this paper analyzes the demand for electric vehicle maintenance technology based on the current trends and development status of domestic vehicle maintenance.By constructing a KANO analysis model for electric vehicle maintenance technology demand,the paper empirically analyzes the relationship between the maturity/promotion and application status of ten electric vehicle maintenance technologies and the recognition/satisfaction of maintenance enterprises.These technologies are prioritized according to essential attributes,expected attributes,attractive attributes,and indifferent attributes.Ultimately,it is concluded that air tightness detection technology and sensor maintenance technology have relatively high demand priorities among electric vehicle maintenance technologies.This paper proposes measures and suggestions for promoting the development and application of new electric vehicle maintenance technologies by type and presents a hierarchical and orderly approach to advancing the direction of maintenance technology progress.
