随着全球贸易的快速发展,港口作为连接海运与陆运的关键节点,在促进经济发展的同时,也带来了环境污染问题.港口移动源污染物排放对空气质量和人类健康产生一定影响.因此,编制港口移动源污染物排放清单对于制定有效的环境政策和减排措施至关重要.本文综述了编制港口移动源污染物排放清单的关键技术发展概况,分析不同编制技术的特点,并从结果精确度和数据可获得性方面提出了各移动源优先采用的排放清单编制技术.结果表明,港口移动源污染物排放清单编制技术发展较为成熟,主要体现在编制技术全面多样、不同编制技术的排放因子有所积累,但是仍然有发展的空间.
Technical Overview Compilation of Pollutant Emission Inventory from Port Mobile Source
With the rapid development of global trade,ports,as key nodes connecting sea and land transportation,have brought environmental pollution problems while promoting economic development.Pollutant emissions from port mobile source have a certain impact on air quality and human health.Therefore,compiling an pollutant emission inventory from port mobile source is crucial for developing effective environmental policies and emission reduction measures.This article provides an overview of the key technological developments in the compilation of pollutant emission inventory from port mobile source,analyzes the different method and characteristics of compiling emission inventories for mobile sources,and proposes emission inventory compilation method that are prioritized for each mobile source in terms of result accuracy and data availability.The results indicate that the technology for compiling pollutant emission inventory from port mobile source is relatively mature,mainly reflected in the comprehensive and diverse compilation techniques,and the accumulation of emission factors from different compilation techniques.However,there is still room for development.
