高速公路边坡光伏对公路安全影响研究

随着绿色可持续交通的推进,充分发挥"通道资源集约利用,提高线位资源利用效率",在高速公路主线路侧边坡设置光伏设施成为交能融合发展的主要方向.高速公路边坡光伏设施对公路安全影响显著,边坡光伏设置位置不合理、高速公路路侧防护措施不当等对公路行车安全、边坡稳定、公路养护都造成了一定的影响.本文从交通安全、边坡稳定性和公路养护三个方面,分析高速公路边坡设置光伏设施后对公路安全的影响;同时针对不同的影响提出了相应的处置建议.
Research on Expressway Safety Impact of Photovoltaic Facilities on Expressway Slopes
With the promotion of green and sustainable transportation,fully leveraging the intensive utilization of channel resources and improving the efficiency of line resource utilization,setting up photovoltaic facilities on the roadside slopes of the expressway has become the main direction of integrated development of transportation and energy.However,there is currently a lack of guiding documents such as standards,specifications,and guidelines regarding the design,construction,and maintenance management of photovoltaic systems on expressway roadside slopes,and there is relatively little research on the impact of photovoltaic systems on expressway safety.The photovoltaic facilities on the slopes of expressway have a significant impact on road safety.The unreasonable placement of photovoltaic facilities on the slope and improper roadside protection measures on expressway can affect road driving safety,slope stability,and expressway maintenance.This article analyzed the impact of photovoltaic facilities on expressway slopes from three aspects:traffic safety,slope stability,and expressway maintenance.The impact of installing photovoltaic facilities on expressway slopes on expressway safety was analyzed,and corresponding disposal suggestions were proposed for different influencing factors.
