Case Study of Zero-carbon Service Area Technology Scheme and Carbon Reduction Effects
Under the policy guidance of accelerating the comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development,a number of low-carbon(near-zero carbon)highway service areas are being built,energy-saving and low-carbon technologies and energy management are being promoted, and the level of new highway facilities'low-carbon and intelligent design is being improved. In the context of the background requirements for accelerating the digital and green transformation of transport infrastructure, this study takes a holistic and in-depth look at the key technical issues of zero-carbon service areas, including the definition of zero-carbon service areas, the analysis of the current situation, the framework research, the study of carbon reduction effects, case analysis, accounting and evaluation, and on this basis,a technical framework system and implementation path for implementation are proposed.A comprehensive construction plan for zero-carbon service areas is formulated and exemplary experience is summarized and distilled for promotion.
