全深式冷再生沥青路面养护技术减排效益测算

为较真实地反映全深式冷再生沥青路面养护方式的节能减排效益情况,本研究采用生命周期分析方法,将全深式冷再生沥青路面施工过程划分为原材料生产、材料运输和现场施工 3 个阶段,建立全深式冷再生沥青路面碳排放计算方法,结合天津大道养护工程实例,与目前常用的厂拌冷再生、铣刨重铺方法进行对比分析,量化全深式冷再生方法的减排效益.结果表明:与厂拌冷再生方式对比,全深式冷再生方案减排量约 3.54kg/m2,减排率可达 35.22%;与铣刨重铺方式对比,减排约 11.88kg/m2,减排率可达64.63%,节能效益显著.
Calculation of Emission Reduction Benefits of Fully Deep Cold Recycled Asphalt Pavement Maintenance Technology
To truly reflect the energy-saving and emission reduction benefits of the full depth cold recycled asphalt pavement maintenance method,a life cycle analysis method is used to divide the construction process of the full depth cold recycled asphalt pavement into three stages:raw material production,material transportation,and on-site construction.A calculation method for carbon emissions of the full depth cold recycled asphalt pavement is established,combined with the Tianjin Avenue maintenance project as example,and comparing with the commonly used plant mixed cold recycled asphalt pavement and milling and resurfacing methods to quantify the emission reduction benefits of the full depth cold regeneration method.The results show that compared with the plant mixed cold regeneration method,the total deep cold regeneration scheme reduces emissions by about 3.54kg/m2,with a reduction rate of 35.22%.Compared with the milling and resurfacing method,its emission reduction is about 11.88kg/m2,and the emission reduction rate can reach 64.63%,with significant energy-saving benefits.
