振动搅拌C30机制砂混凝土性能试验研究

为了推动工程中机制砂混凝土的应用,本文开展了 C30 普通混凝土与机制砂混凝土的性能试验研究.在相同的配比下,使用机制砂完全替代天然河砂制备普通搅拌和振动搅拌两种混凝土,对比研究机制砂混凝土和普通混凝土的工作性能和 7d、28d抗压强度.试验结果表明,普通混凝土工作性能优于普通搅拌机制砂混凝土,振动搅拌机制砂混凝土的工作性能优于普通混凝土.振动搅拌机制砂混凝土 7d和 28d抗压强度比普通混凝土分别高 2.5%和 1.7%,且变异系数更小,且振动搅拌机制砂混凝土的耐久性更好,表明振动搅拌弥补了机制砂缺陷,提升了其性能.
Experimental Study on the Performance of C30 Mechanized Sand Concrete with Vibration Mixing
In order to improve the application of machine-made sand concrete in engineering,experimental research on the performance of C30 ordinary concrete and machine-made sand concrete was conducted in this paper.Under the same ratio,machine made sand completely replaces natural river sand to prepare two types of concrete(made sand concrete with vibration mixing and made sand concrete with ordinary mixing).A comparative study was conducted on the working performance and compressive strength at 7d and 28d of made sand concrete and ordinary concrete.The experimental results show that with machine made sand completely replacing natural river sand,the working performance of ordinary sand concrete is better than that of machine made sand concrete.The working performance of sand concrete produced by vibration mixer is better than that of ordinary concrete.The compressive strength of sand concrete produced by vibration mixer at 7d and 28d is 2.5%and 1.7%higher than that of ordinary concrete,respectively,and the coefficient of variation is smaller.Moreover,the durability of sand concrete produced by vibration mixer is better,indicating that vibration mixing compensates for the defects of mechanical sand and improves its performance.
