面向道面开裂防控的高填方道基柔性枕梁处治技术研究

为了解决在湿陷性黄土地区建设高填方机场跑道,道面出现开裂的问题,本文结合现场调查情况对裂缝病害成因、分布规律进行了分析,基于病害特征提出了柔性枕梁处治技术,形成了相适用的施工工序,对比了不同处治方法的处治效果.结果表明,应急性注浆易产生二次开裂;面层铣刨与重铺和应急性注浆处理均难以对道基进行加固处理,处治效果有限;格宾网内包碎石、外包土工布的柔性枕梁处治方案能够有效解决道基失稳引起的跑道开裂问题,可对开裂区域道基进行针对性的整修,具有良好的处治效果和工程应用价值.
Study on Treatment Technology of Flexible Pillow Beam of High Fill Subgrade for Pavement Cracking Prevention
To solve the cracking problem of runway surface of high fill airport in collapsible loess area,the causes and distribution rules of crack diseases were analyzed in combination with field investigation.Based on the characteristics of diseases,the treatment technology of flexible pillow beam was put forward,and the applicable construction process was formed.The treatment effects of different treatment methods were comparatively analyzed.Results show that secondary cracking is easy to occur in emergency grouting.The surface milling and resurfacing and emergency grouting treatment are difficult to reinforce the subgrade,and treatment effects were limited.The flexible pillow beam treatment scheme of gabion mesh wrapped with gravel and outsourced geotextile can effectively solve the runway cracking caused by the instability of the subgrade and carry out targeted renovation of the subgrade in the cracking area,which has good treatment effect and engineering application value.
