长效抑凝冰涂层的制备及性能研究

为了提高融雪除冰的经济效率和社会效益,本文研究了微胶囊抑凝冰剂的微观结构,通过相应的试验对该涂层的融雪除冰性能、路用性能和环保性能进行分析评价,将以慢裂型阳离子乳化沥青作为胶凝材料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备的微胶囊抑凝冰剂作为降低冰点材料,制得长效抑凝冰涂层.该涂层具有良好的抑凝冰性能、缓释性能和路用性能,且对碳钢和植物无腐蚀和毒害作用,能有效解决冰雪对道路交通安全的影响,同时也有利于路面养护和环境保护,节约除冰雪的人力物力,具有良好的环境效益和社会效益.
Preparation and Performance Study of Long-lasting Anti-icing Coating
In order to improve the economic efficiency and social benefits of snow melting and deicing,this paper studied the microstructure of microcapsule deicing agent,and analyzed and evaluated the snow melting and deicing properties,road performance and environmental protection performance of the coating through corresponding tests.The slow cracking cationic emulsified asphalt was used as the cementing material,and the microcapsule deicing agent prepared by sol-gel method was used as the material to reduce the freezing point.A long-lasting anticoagulant ice coating is prepared.The coating has good ice inhibition performance,slow release performance and road performance,and has no corrosion and toxic effect on carbon steel and plants,which can effectively solve the impact of snow and ice on road traffic safety,but also conducive to road maintenance and environmental protection,saving manpower and material resources of snow and ice removal,and has good environmental and social benefits.
