针对道路压电能源收集技术在稳定性和效率方面的挑战,本文分析了沥青路面中压电能量收集器(Piezoelectric Energy Harvesting,PEH)的响应特性,特别是布设位置与环境条件对其性能的联合效应.通过车辙模型试验,研究发现在非浸水条件下,靠近轮迹中心线的PEH开路电压和输出功率(??RMS)显著增长,分别增长 2.86 倍和7 倍,而浸水条件下增幅降低.沉降深度的增加与PEH发电性能正相关,但水分的增加导致沥青塑性变形,影响PEH的发电效率.
Study on the Water Adaptability of Piezoelectric Transducers in Asphalt Pavements
Addressing the challenges of stability and efficiency in road piezoelectric energy harvesting technology,this paper analyzes the response characteristics of piezoelectric energy harvesters(PEH)in asphalt pavements,particularly the combined effects of layout position and environmental conditions on their performance.Through rut model tests,the study found that under non-immersed conditions,the open-circuit voltage and output power(??RMS)of PEHs near the wheel track center line increased significantly by 2.86 times and 7 times respectively,while the increase was reduced under immersed conditions.The increase in settlement depth is positively correlated with the power generation performance of PEH,but the addition of moisture leads to plastic deformation of asphalt,affecting the power generation efficiency of PEH.
