SBS改性新疆沥青的制备工艺对低温性能影响研究

为了探究制备工艺对SBS改性沥青低温性能的影响,本文采用四因素三水平的正交试验测试不同工艺下SBS改性沥青的基本物理性质;采用BBR测试不同制备工艺下SBS改性沥青的低温性能;采用荧光显微镜探究不同制备工艺下SBS在沥青中的分布情况.结果表明:剪切温度是影响SBS改性沥青的主要因素,在 200℃制备的SBS改性沥青较 170℃、185℃下制备的改性沥青的低温性能有较大提升;较高的剪切温度使得SBS在沥青中充分溶胀,形成了稳定的网状结构,有利于SBS改性沥青的低温性能.
Research on Effect of the Preparation Process of SBS Modified Xinjiang Asphalt on Low Temperature Performance
In order to explore the influence of preparation process on the low-temperature properties of SBS-modified asphalt,the basic physical properties of SBS-modified asphalt under different preparation processes were tested by four-factor and three-level orthogonal tests,the low-temperature properties of SBS-modified asphalt under different preparation processes were tested by BBR,and the distribution of SBS in asphalt under different preparation processes was explored by fluorescence microscopy.The results show that the shear temperature is the main factor affecting the SBS modified asphalt,and the low temperature performance of the SBS modified asphalt prepared at 200℃is greatly improved compared with the modified asphalt at 170℃and 185℃,and the higher shear temperature makes the SBS fully swell in the asphalt to form a stable network structure,which is conducive to the low temperature performance of the SBS modified asphalt.
