桥梁健康监测包含桥梁结构全生命周期的初期建设、后期运营、荷载输入、结构力学状态指标及响应参数.本文融入现代化的桥梁工程项目建设管理思想,结合数字孪生技术,建立公路桥梁基础信息平台,构建桥梁健康智能监测数字平台及系统建设与智慧评价,形成桥梁智慧大脑.通过虚拟仿真技术和桥梁建设管理方法的相结合,采用信息化、三维化管理方式,开展基于数字孪生的桥梁健康智能监测技术研究,建立直观的三维可视化管理平台,从而达到统筹安排桥梁健康智能监测的目的,实现桥梁健康运行的可维护性、集成性和高效性,进而提高桥梁工程建设的安全性和经济性.
Research on the Application of Bridge Health and Intelligent Monitoring Technology Based on Digital Twin
Bridge health monitoring includes the initial construction,post-operations,load input,structural mechanics status indicators and response parameters of the bridge structure.This article integrates modernized bridge engineering project construction management ideas,combines digital twin technology to establish a highway bridge basic information platform,build bridge health and intelligent monitoring digital platforms and system construction and intelligent evaluations to form a bridge smart brain.Through the combination of virtual simulation technology and bridge construction management methods,informatization and three-dimensional management methods are adopted to carry out research on digital twin-based bridge health and intelligent monitoring technology research,and establish an intuitive three-dimensional visual management platform.The purpose is to realize the maintenance,integration,and efficiency monitoring of the healthy operation of the bridge,and then improve the safety and economy of the bridge project construction process.
